Inn, Restaurant & Brewery The Calistoga Inn boasts
a 250-seat outdoor dining patio stretching along the right
bank of the Napa River, a 110-seat indoor dining facility,
a rustic pub with full bar reminiscent of the early days
of Calistoga and a modern micro-brewery nestled in the original
water tower of the property. The chefs of the Calistoga
Inn cook over a wood-fired grill. House specialties include
wood grilled meats, fish, and vegetarian items prepared
in the popular California style and complimented with garlic
mashed potatoes and savory pan sauces. We also serve a variety
of pastas. In addition to good food and great beer, the
Calistoga Inn has over 100 wines on its wine list.
